Total Body Bootcamp Workout: "Classics Friday"

Today we focused on the traditional but very effective moves. Try this one out and let us know how it goes!

50 Abs
40 box jumps
30 Dumbell squat (dumbells at shoulders)
20 One-leg pushups (alternate)
10 Pullups

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, 20 second rest between rounds
