Challenging Total Body Workouts (beginners & advanced)

Today I've decided to post two workouts as not everyone's at the same fitness level. So, whether you're starting to engage in physical activity or have been working out for a while now, these two should be a challenge:

Beginners:
25 half burpees
50 push-ups (with knees)
75 abs
100 squats (OUCH!)
Do 2 rounds non stop, followed by 200 mountain climbers.

Advanced:
sprints, touching ground (aprox 10meters)
full burpees
pushups bending knee towards elbow
step ups w/weight (8lb dumbells)
skating (not actual skating but as if you were ice skating from side to side)
dips
squat hold
Do 1 minute each, without resting between excercises (as many reps as possible in a minute). 3 rounds.
