Today's Total Body Bootcamp Workout

Starting the week right with this workout will keep you going for the entire week; try it out!

jump rope
kb swing
back lunges w/bicep curl
burpees
deadlifts  
pullups
medicine ball slams

Do 1 minute each exercise without resting between exercises. Rest 1 min, repeat. Total 3 rounds.
